Job Summary

• Cook Children's Director of Epilepsy Research is a core member of the Research team responsible for developing and leading a research program focused on advancing the field of pediatric epilepsy and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
• You will conduct independent and collaborative research in areas such as seizure pathophysiology, development of epilepsy biomarkers, neurogenesis, neuroimaging, neurophysiology, neuromodulation, brain network analysis, and clinic outcomes in children with epilepsy.
• This role is responsible for preparing and submitting grant proposals and overseeing the design, initiation, execution, analysis, and publication of both retrospective and prospective research projects.
