Employees enjoy a 3-day weekend schedule with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off after training, and are eligible for 16-hour shift premium pay during training shifts.
The role includes responsibilities such as emergency action warden duties, participation in team meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement and ISO certification efforts.
