Job Summary

  • Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals, leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs.
  • Advise clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation, supporting multi-cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology.
