Job Summary
Develop, own, and execute the annual operating plan and technology roadmap for all network, firewall, and telecom platforms.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of network engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of operational excellence, service ownership, and accountability.
Manage tactical and strategic vendor/MSP relationships, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure
4+ years of proven managerial and leadership experience
Experience managing other managers strongly preferred
Advanced industry certifications highly preferred
Direct experience with Fortinet platform highly desired
