Job Summary
Responsible for all elements of payroll processing and personal administration, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with labor law.
Manage the monthly payroll processing with a high standard of accuracy, maintain employee payroll files, and handle sickness and holiday accruals.
Assist with employee queries, post-payroll duties, GDPR compliance, end-of-year processes, benefits, and the implementation of HR/Time & Attendance systems.
