Job Summary

  • Under direct orders given by the MD or APRN, supervises self-administered client medication, depending on the specific clinical program’s protocols.
  • Assists with direct patient care procedures and related tasks, provides personal care, as needed (e. g., personal hygiene, toileting, laundry, meal preparation, safe eating techniques) as directed.
  • Obtains vital signs, height, and weight for clients on the inpatient unit as directed by the LPN/RN and performs UDS/HCG testing adhering to CLIA standards.
