Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years leading engineering or product support teams
  • 5+ years supporting military aircraft maintenance activities
  • Experience translating customer requirements into engineering tasks
  • Knowledge of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and Reliability
  • Ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple disciplines

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with logistics tools such as Vmetric, EDCAS, COMPASS
  • Understanding of life cycle cost modeling and Repair Level Analysis
  • Experience developing internal business cases and external proposals
  • Collaboration with Chief engineers and system architects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control regulations
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance post-start
