Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Functional experience with Payroll Absence
  • Time Tracking and/or Scheduling software
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG

Nice-to-have

  • Passion for customer service
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Deploying multiple projects simultaneously

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional experience
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
