Job Summary

  • The Operating/Building Engineer will perform both preventative maintenance & corrective maintenance to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems in assigned facilities.
  • Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with basic building repairs and maintenance tasks, conducting building rounds and inspections, and responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner.

Salary

$30-35/HOUR; Estimated compensation: 79,000.00 – 84,000.00 USD per year; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay
