Ph.D. in a relevant engineering field with 10 years’ experience
Master’s with 12 years’ experience
Bachelor’s with 13 years’ experience
11 years leadership experience with advanced degree

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD Security Clearance
