Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related discipline
Strong working knowledge of PAM, FIDIC contracts
Experience on industrial, medical device, or high-tech manufacturing projects
Professional accreditation such as MRICS, PMP, or equivalent
