  • Experience with Apple hardware and Mac OS

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years MSP or corporate IT experience
  • Experience supporting small to mid-size clients
  • College degree or relevant technical experience
  • Technical certifications preferred (Microsoft, Cisco, VMWare, JAMF, SonicWALL, Fortinet, CompTIA)
  • A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be on-call and work after-hours
  • Customer approval may be required for access
