Job Summary

  • Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend), spending 30% of the time on management and the rest actively participating in product development.
  • Be involved in hiring and onboarding processes for your team, manage team dynamics, and provide continuous, constructive feedback to foster growth and career development.
  • Redesign how engineering work ships with autonomous agents as the default execution layer, proposing and operationalizing agentic workflows end-to-end.
