Job Summary
The Penn State School of International Affairs (SIA) seeks a highly motivated Director of Career Services to serve as the primary career adviser to all SIA students.
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one career support, planning and hosting career events and workshops, building networks with employers and alumni, managing international internship programs, and monitoring career placement data.
Success in this role requires a demonstrated commitment to fostering a culture of belonging, the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
