Job Summary

  • Perform Guest Service Assistant duties by providing quality service in an efficient and hospitable manner.
  • Assist in anticipating and assisting guest needs by completing day-to-day operating duties efficiently while following our Aman Service philosophy.
  • Efficiently utilize the Property Management Software System including electronically checking guest in and out, printing arrival and departure reports, guest’s registration etc.
