Job Summary

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Chief of Staff, developing and iterating management practices to enhance organizational transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead the strategy and operations practice, creating systems and strategies to enable a team of design associates across the Experience Design organization, including oversight of key initiatives like team routines, events, and communications.
  • Develop and execute the department communications strategy, manage internal channels for consistent messaging, and support organizational changes through effective communication and engagement strategies.
