Job Summary

  • The M&D Analyst is mainly responsible for daily monitoring of power plant equipment across all of Regulated Renewable Energy (RRE) generating sites using advanced pattern recognition (APR) software, building, and maintaining APR models.
  • Responsible for the daily monitoring duties for all technology types (Coal, Combined Cycle, Simple Cycle CT, Hydro).
  • The Sr. Engineer Technologist is the fourth level of the non-Engineer degreed technical support role job classification and considered the career level for the job hierarchy.

Key Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology AND 6 years related work experience
  • High School/GED AND 8 year(s) related work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in the utility industry
  • Certified in Vibration Analysis: ISO Category III
  • Oil Analysis I & II
  • Offline Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA)
  • Airborne Ultrasound Level I
  • Level 1 Thermographer
