Job Summary
Help automate day-to-day operations, customer onboarding/setup, and BAU activities for managed file transfer (MFT) services and other core services.
Build scripts, pipelines and configuration-as-code, improve observability and reliability, and contribute to well-documented, repeatable processes.
Collaborate with SRE/DevOps engineers and service teams to deliver small, incremental improvements and participate in incident response.
