Job Summary

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Photolithography equipment, including tools such as ASML 5500/100, TEL ACT8 Coater/Developer, UT1500 Stepper, and SOG coaters.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime, and be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed.
