The Senior Manager, Asset Management Programs supports the development and deployment of the Asset Management Framework across designated sub-regions and platforms to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facilities globally.
This role leads subject matter experts and partners closely with J&J-operated facilities, integrated facility management providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive facility maintenance excellence through standardized asset management and reliability practices.
The position enables adoption of digital asset management strategies including predictive maintenance and analytics, while promoting collaboration across E&PS to support a unified operating model.
