Key Requirements

  • 5-8 years managerial experience leading process engineering teams
  • 8-10 years experience leading process engineering teams
  • Black belt Lean/6 Sigma certification
  • US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance
  • Knowledge of ISO9k and/or AS9100
  • Experience with ERP/MRP software
  • BSEE degree; PhD in Mechanical or Electrical a plus
