Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and suspected abuse to supervisors immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information.
