  • This position will support start-up activities to bring the Parenteral (PAR) area into service, including training on equipment and developing operational readiness.
  • The Supervisor role is responsible for leadership of the team that operates multiple PAR departments, developing an inclusive culture and technical expertise, and ensuring adequate staffing.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills (desktop software, MS Office)
  • Previous experience in operations or manufacturing support
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Willingness to work a 12-hour day shift (6am to 6pm on 2-2-3 schedule)
  • Ability to work and gown in a cleanroom environment
  • Legally authorized to be employed in the United States
