Job Summary
Conduct training programs to strengthen new and existing employees’ technical and/or interpersonal skill development.
Deliver classroom training, learn core programs by observation & OJT, and effectively use adult learning principles to maximize training effectiveness.
Produce and maintain training records with 100% accuracy, including documentation of training, test scores, and certification processes.

Key Requirements
1-3 years experience in Training capacity
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents
Ability to work with mathematical concepts
Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
