Job Summary

• The Bartender prepares alcoholic drinks and pours wine and beer for patrons of restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, and other places where drinks are served.
• In this role, your responsibilities include taking and filling drink orders, garnishing and serving drinks, collecting payment and operating POS, maintaining a clean work area, monitoring and maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe environment.

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years of Bartending experience
• High-School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• Required age of majority or older
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Completed Bartending classes preferred
• Current provincial Smart Serve Certification considered an asset
• Knowledge of drink recipes
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
