Job Summary

  • The Senior Analyst, Real Estate Accounting manages a more complex and higher-volume portfolio and is also responsible for all aspects of general ledger accounting, reporting, cash management, and budgeting/forecasting for their portfolio.
  • They serve as the main point of contact, providing operational support to Property Administrators and General Managers at the site level, as well as Accountants at third-party service providers, where applicable.
