Job Summary
As the Head of Business Partnering Pharma "Above Brand" + i7 RoW, you will serve as a key strategic liaison and primary communication channel between dedicated business functions and the Roche Digital Technology (RDT) organization.
You will be critical in ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business needs, co-creating and managing the technology strategy and portfolio, orchestrating cross-functional delivery teams, and owning your area's budget.
Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of RDT partners, providing clear direction and performance management to drive end-to-end adoption and value realization of regional technology solutions.
