Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Construct engineering samples and prototypes
Read and understand drawings and specifications
Assemble component parts as per print
Utilize manual and automatic machine operation
Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Value-add feedback to design engineers
Participate in process improvement activities
Work independently and in a production-line setting
Flexibility to work in multiple locations
Key Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent
3 years catheter-related work experience
3-5 years light assembly experience in a regulated industry
Associate’s degree or above with 0-3 years of experience
Certification for industry specific assembly requirements desired
Technical training in welding, material science preferred
