You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and participating in quality assurance and safety programs to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The role includes providing direct nursing care, managing nursing personnel, participating in staff development, and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
