ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, service requests, and deliveries. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and order status. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery. Maintain and update customer records, databases, and documentation. Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other customer-related documents. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service quality. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards. Assist with administrative and coordination duties as assigned by management. RequirementsRelevant experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
