The Technology Product Associate Director is accountable for supporting the Life Cycle Management of one or more GCO business technology products, including implementing the technology product roadmap and maintenance and support activities.
This role ensures strong alignment with end users through the Voice of Business forum and works closely with relevant IT stakeholders to continuously improve functionality and performance, while maintaining compliance with GxP and Novartis CSV standards.
Key responsibilities include managing the technology product budget, overseeing performance, defining continuous improvement plans, and ensuring audit and inspection readiness for technology products within the domain.
