Experience with ITIL methodologies
Reports and dashboards development
User access rights management
Troubleshooting Salesforce incidents
Metadata analysis experience

Advanced Excel skills

Key Requirements
3+ years experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects
Bachelor or Master Degree
