The Adult Learner Success Coordinator serves as the University’s primary coordinator for adult learner engagement, re-enrollment, and ongoing success.
This newly created role reflects UAPB’s strategic commitment to expanding access, improving completion, and strengthening workforce alignment for adult and post-traditional learners.
The Coordinator leads outreach to stopped-out and returning adult learners, designs onboarding and support strategies tailored to non-traditional students, and plays a key role in establishing and operationalizing the Adult Learner Hub.
