Job Summary
Coordinates and provides direct clinical support for the patient safety and the risk management program.
Works with Clinical Providers and Leadership to improve processes and reduce frequency and severity of undesirable events or trends in patient care or facility management.
Works with the Director of Patient Safety and Risk Management to provide oversight; recommends preventative and/or remedial solutions that will improve safety, reduce hazards, prevent loss, transfer risks, and minimize the chance of harm to patients, visitors, staff, and the organization.
