Job Summary

  • Coordinates and provides direct clinical support for the patient safety and the risk management program.
  • Works with Clinical Providers and Leadership to improve processes and reduce frequency and severity of undesirable events or trends in patient care or facility management.
  • Works with the Director of Patient Safety and Risk Management to provide oversight; recommends preventative and/or remedial solutions that will improve safety, reduce hazards, prevent loss, transfer risks, and minimize the chance of harm to patients, visitors, staff, and the organization.
