Job Summary

• The Barback is responsible for supporting bartenders by maintaining stock levels, preparing supplies, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently to deliver exceptional guest service in a restaurant environment.
• Responsibilities include stocking bar items daily, refilling ice bins, anticipating bartender needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of all bar areas.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and AT&T Discovery District events, and possess the physical ability to perform tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
