The Manager of Centralized Staffing is responsible for day-to-day operations and leadership for department that provides for the staffing needs throughout all three acute care facilities in the organization.
Role consists of wide range of duties and responsibilities for the coordination, supervision and education of staff for Patient Companions, Admission Team members, and Float Pool Nurses.
Must ensure department provides high quality, efficient and fiscally responsible services to the community served.
