Job Summary

  • The Technical Trainer Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and continually improving technical learning services and training solutions for Philips employees and customers enabling them to effectively maintain equipment installed at customer sites.
  • Providing the highest level customer experience possible in any learning environment (physical or digital) by engaging strong instructional and communication methods with latest educational tools available.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects and managing report of KPIs and change adoption metrics to leadership.
