Job Summary

  • Performs evaluations, establishes goals and plans occupational therapy treatment programs for children/youth /adults referred to occupational therapy by the physician or community partners.
  • Delivers evidence based occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services typically offered in the clinic or community, including any follow-up services to insure appropriate outcomes.
