Job Summary

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the operational plans, programs, and projects to meet overall contractual and shipyard objectives.
  • This position will initiate and lead project oversight, trades, trade manning levels, profitability, schedule, safety, and quality with the assistance of other support departments.
  • Salary is negotiable $150-200K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
