Primary Location Base Pay Range: $163,000 USD - $244,400 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $154,800 USD - $275,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 10-12+ years Product Marketing experience
• Partner Marketing, Platform Marketing, Enterprise Data Solutions background
• Technical fluency in cloud, data management, AI/ML
• Familiarity with ERP, Financials, or HR domain data
• Experience presenting to senior executives
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional programs
