Job Summary
The Network Support Engineer role is a hands-on position requiring an extensive technical background in data networking and security products support, ranging from design to troubleshooting.
The role involves providing Level 2/3 and advanced technical support onsite at customer premises, managing escalations to vendors, and troubleshooting complex network issues.
This position offers a 6-month fixed-term contract and requires strong Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless, and Firewall experience, with SDWAN and Azure experience being highly desirable.
