The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Cisco devices, routing and switching protocols, and relevant certifications, as well as experience with managed services and ticketing tools
Job Summary
The role is responsible for providing managed services to ensure client IT infrastructure remains operational through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
Candidates must possess complete knowledge of Cisco devices including hardware-level troubleshooting for switches, routers, and SD-WAN platforms.
