Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years cloud engineering experience
IAM automation and RBAC/PBAC management
Infrastructure as code with Terraform and Github
Python or similar programming for automation
Federation protocols OAUTH OIDC SAML SCIM
SEIM tools like Splunk for log analysis
Nice-to-have
TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
NIST 800-53 and DoD control frameworks
Experience with Okta or EntraID integration
Identity governance workflows knowledge
Collaboration in high-stakes federal environment
Key Requirements
United States citizenship (naturalized or native)
Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI w/CI Poly clearance
Bachelor's degree in CS, cybersecurity, or equivalent
