Job Summary

  • The role provides oversight of field operations to ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across assigned locations in Texas and New Mexico.
  • The incumbent is responsible for facilitating new hire orientations, safety meetings, and acting as a confident presenter of HSE content to diverse audiences.
  • Employees must participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends to respond to after-hours incidents such as vehicle accidents or chemical exposures.
