Job Summary
Manages an assigned operational segment of Engineering by directing, developing, communicating, and implementing the company's direction and strategic goals.
Responsible for study, design, specification and services of transportation systems, bridges, infrastructure, drainage, underground utilities, hydrology/hydraulics, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, water resources and raw water supply, tunnels, geotechnical design, and other civil engineering works.
Under broad direction, supervises and leads a group of engineers and sets the technical standards and procedures of a group of engineers and designers.
