Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians, including everyday testing, quality inspections, audits, and process improvements.
Manage the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure compliance, certification, and documentation, and lead internal and external ISO audits.
Develop annual quality goals and execute programs to accomplish these goals, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of quality metrics, audits, and corrective actions.

Corrective and preventive action processes
Supplier quality assessment
SAP system usage

Chemicals experience is a plus
Quality Certifications are also a plus
Experience with statistical software
Time management skills
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of Quality Management
Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred
3 years of manufacturing plant experience
Sound problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
