Philips is seeking an R&D Sustaining Engineer for their catheter division in Plymouth, MN, to support the design, testing, and refinement of vascular disease treatment products. Job Summary

  • You will execute research and development activities for products aimed at treating vascular diseases; support detailed design and testing within R&D sustaining engineering projects, ensuring product designs meet specifications, and identifying and recommending solutions for complex technical issues.
  • Verify designs against functional requirements through engineering analysis and rigorous testing. Establish test methods, criteria, and equipment, conducting hands-on testing and preparing detailed reports.
  • The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $77,000 to $123,000.00; In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered; Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
