Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the final stages of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations in a construction project, focusing on the coordination, quality, and smooth handover of these systems to clients.
  • Assists MEP Manager over all MEP facets of the assigned project (execution, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

  • plan and supervise assignments of lower level employees
