Job Summary
Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation issues, including digital, APF, software, and BIM related issues, as well as ride comfort to ensure customer specification requirements.
Train local Trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions, co-operating with global and local training centers.
Be aware and operate within KONE safety requirements, ensuring each installation follows global processes and guidelines, and stopping operations if safety violations are detected.
