Job Summary

  • Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation issues, including digital, APF, software, and BIM related issues, as well as ride comfort to ensure customer specification requirements.
  • Train local Trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions, co-operating with global and local training centers.
  • Be aware and operate within KONE safety requirements, ensuring each installation follows global processes and guidelines, and stopping operations if safety violations are detected.
