Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Appian BPM applications expertise
Strong Appian architecture knowledge
Workflow and case management solutions
Cloud environment experience (AWS preferred)
Engineering principles in low-code solutions
Integration with external platforms
Staff Engineer level technical leadership
Nice-to-have
Experience integrating Appian with Python services
Event-driven architectures and microservices
CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps exposure
Production observability practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated environments
Key Requirements
Extensive Appian BPM application experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to operate at Staff Engineer level
Experience working in cloud environments
Proven coding and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
